Video Interview of Mrs. Urmila Mondal
Home Mrs. Urmila Mondal, a dweller of  the village Nagarkandhi, Mollahhat thana, at the district of Khulna, Bangladesh reports her horror stories as follows:
Urmila: You know, as being the minority in Bangladesh, we have to live everyday in fearing what will happen next. They (the Muslim Fundamentalists) often assault our girls and women.
They also called us "Malaunes", a nasty word to address non-muslim with hatred.
In one night of December 1992, a group of muslim fundamentalist broke into my house and went on rampage immediately. They first tied up all the men of the house and start gang raping my grand daughter in front of the family members. My brother's wife, a pregnant mother  while trying to save my grand daughter got kicked (by one of the barbarian) on her stomach. As a result, she succumbed to trauma followed by immature delivery.

Our Reporter: How they broke into your house?

Urmila: They (the muslim fundamentalist) were armed with rifles, swords etc. came flouting through the front door.
They tied all the men and went on barbaric rampage. It was hard for us to get any help at night. In the next morning, we report the incident to police and other law enforcement agencies but we were told as being Hindu we should not be in Bangladesh at the first place.
They did not made any attempt to arrest the miscreants instead criticized us being Hindu.
